How Can I Place An Order?

To order online, simply login to or register for an account. You may then add products to your cart and complete the checkout process. Plus, if you are part of a contract agreement, United Ad Label online ordering is setup to reflect the terms of that agreement.
To order by email, send order information, purchase orders and other details to the United Ad Label customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX)
If you are a member of the Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) you may utilize this ordering function. Just send your information to GHX who will align your organization to order from UAL.

What Information Is Required To Set Up An Account?
If you don’t have an account, the registration process is simple. Your name, email address and a password sets you up to access and order over 4,000 products.
Which GPO Contracts Do You Accept?
United Ad Label has contracts with nearly all of the largest Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), providing end users with discounted contract pricing. Please give us a call to discuss in detail.
Are you RR Donnelley, UAL or Moore Wallace?
Although you may know us as United Ad Label or UAL, we are part of RR Donnelley. We are an RR Donnelley product line. As a result, you will see that RR Donnelley is co-branded on catalogs, contract agreements and invoices.
Starting as a label manufacturer in the early 60s, United Ad Label was acquired by the Moore Corporation in 1995. In 2003, Moore acquired Wallace Computer Services and became Moore Wallace. In 2004, RR Donnelley acquired Moore Wallace. Although the names have changed our goal to provide stock and custom labels at a fair price, quickly and conveniently to the healthcare, veterinary, manufacturing, distribution, professional services companies and more, hasn’t changed.

When Will My Order Ship?
Our U.S. manufacturing and distribution centers put you within a three day shipment to almost all U.S. locations. Our efficient distribution centers process orders quickly and timely. For us the question isn’t when will it ship it’s when do you need it to ship!
What Is Your Cutoff Time For Overnight Shipments?
Cutoff for expedited order is 3:00 pm CST
What Is Your Return Policy?
Our return policy is 60 days on stock items. Some items are subject to restocking fees so give us a call to discuss further.
For custom items, if it’s our error, we will replace the order in full. Otherwise custom items aren’t eligible for returns.
What Are Your Payment Terms?
Our payment terms are net 30 days. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
